Gregory L. Heathcock, M.S., MBA, CNMT
President 

Gregory L. Heathcock is the President of Phoenix Technology Corporation®. Greg began at Phoenix Technology Corporation® in 1999, as a Nuclear Medicine Consultant and assumed the role of President from Mr. Phillip Chambless in 2001. Previously, Greg was the Supervisor of Nuclear Medicine at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He obtained his Nuclear Medicine education at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Greg earned a B.S. Degree from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, and his M.B.A. from the executive M.B.A. program at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. Additionally, Greg obtained a Master’s in Radiation Science (specializing in Nuclear Medicine) from Australia’s Charles Sturt University. Greg is originally from White House, Tennessee.

Michael P. Cuddy, M.S., DABR

Michael Cuddy joined Phoenix Technology Corporation® in January 2009, after completing a B.S. Degree in Physics at John Carroll University and an M.S. in Medical Physics at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mike is a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) and is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Medical Physics.  Mike is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Sandra L. Paige, M.S., RT (R) (MR), DABR
Certified Diagnostic Medical Physicist 

Sandra Paige joined Phoenix Technology Corporation® in January 2010. She completed her B.S. Degree in Radiologic Science from the University of Central Florida and worked as a Radiologic Technologist in Orlando, FL. She then went on to earn her M.S. Degree in Medical Physics at the University of Florida. Sandy is a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) and is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Medical Physics. Sandy is originally from Orlando, Florida.

Katie Tanner, M.S., DABR
Certified Diagnostic Medical Physicist 

Katie Tanner joined Phoenix Technology Corporation® in October 2013. She graduated with a B.S. Degree in Physics & Astronomy from the University of Georgia before earning her Masters Degree in Medical Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. Katie is certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Diagnostic Physics. She is also a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM). Katie is originally from Savannah, Georgia.

Drake Brookins, M.S., DABR
Certified Diagnostic Medical Physicist 

Drake Brookins joined Phoenix Technology Corporation® in July of 2014. After earning a B.S. Degree in Health Physics from Francis Marion University, he continued on to obtain his M.S.  in Medical Physics from Duke University. Drake is certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Diagnostic Physics. He is a member of the Health Physics Society (HPS) and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM). Drake is originally from Florence, South Carolina.

Kyle Gilley, B.S.
Health Physicist

Kyle Gilley joined Phoenix Technology Corporation®  in May of 2015. He attended Francis Marion University and earned a B.S. Degree in Health Physics. From there he attended Duke University before joining Phoenix Technology Corporation®. He is a member of the Health Physics society (HPS). Kyle is originally from Florence, South Carolina.

Walter Wooten

Walter Wooten, III, M.S.
Medical Physicist

Walter Wooten joined Phoenix Technology Corporation® in October 2015. He graduated with a B.S. Degree in Physics with an emphasis in Biophysics from Clemson University prior to earning his Masters Degree in Medical Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. Before joining Phoenix Technology Corporation®, Walter worked as a Research Specialist in the Quantitative BioImaging Laboratory at Emory University. Walter is originally from Charleston, South Carolina.

T.J. Godfrey, M.S.
Medical Physicist

T.J. Godfrey joined Phoenix Technology Corporation® in February 2017. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of North Georgia in 2012 prior to earning his Master of Science degree in physics from the University of Georgia. Before joining Phoenix Technology Corporation®, he worked as a research assistant for the Ullrich Ultrafast Laser Group and specialized in biophysics and physics education research. T.J. is a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM). T.J. is originally from Blue Ridge, GA.

Elizabeth Pharr, M.S.
Health Physicist

Beth Pharr joined Phoenix Technology Corporation® in June 2018.  She graduated with a B.S. Degree in Health Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  She earned her Master of Health Physics degree from Oregon State University.  Prior to joining Phoenix, Beth was the Manager of Health Physics and Radiation Safety Officer at Theragenics Corporation, a medical device manufacturer in Buford, GA.  She also worked with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission as a Radiation Safety Specialist after graduating from GA Tech.  She is a member of the Health Physics Society (HPS).  Beth is originally from Plains, GA.

Benjamin Williams, M.S.
Physicist Consultant

Benjamin Williams joined Phoenix Technology Corporation in May of 2018. He graduated from Oberlin College in Oberlin, OH in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics with a concentration in Astrophysics. Later, he graduated from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA in 2012 with a Master of Science in Physics, with a specialization in Astronomy. Prior to joining Phoenix Technology Corporation, Ben was a math & science instructor focusing on tutoring calculus and physics. Ben is originally from Atlanta, GA.

Joseph Farleo, B.S.
Health Physicist

Joseph Farleo joined Phoenix Technology Corporation® in August of 2018. He attended Georgia Tech and earned a B.S. degree in Nuclear and Radiological Engineering. He is currently attending Georgia Tech and working towards his Master’s Degree in Medical Physics. Joseph is originally from Acworth, Georgia.

Bria Moore, Ph.D.
Medical Physics Resident

Bria Moore joined Phoenix Technology Corporation in July 2018. She graduated from Tuskegee University with a B.S. in Physics in 2013. Bria successfully defended her PhD dissertation in March 2018 at Duke University earning a Ph.D. in Medical Physics, with a concentration in Health Physics. She has completed Part One of the American Board of Radiology (ABR) Board Exam in Diagnostic Radiology. She is also a member of the Health Physics Society (HPS). Bria is originally from Memphis, TN, home of good food and good times.
