Phoenix Technology offers comprehensive consulting services in the area of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) which include quality assurance testing of the magnet and quality control training for MRI Technologists to conform with current requirements of the ACR Accreditation Program. We can assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of an on-site MRI ACR QA program and work with the MRI Technologist to ensure that optimum image quality is achieved and protocols for continued QA are understood and updated. At this time, we are offering a number of MRI-related services. These include: Assistance with obtaining initial ACR accreditation and submitting renewal accreditation applications, including performing and documenting the required phantom testing, review of all application images and materials, and working with personnel to optimize imaging protocols. Annual physics surveys to meet all applicable requirements of the ACR 2001 MRI Quality Control Manual. This survey includes ongoing technologist training in the area of quality control procedures as well as assistance with implementation of the daily and weekly ACR QA tests. Individual training sessions with your MRI Technologist(s) to ensure that the ACR protocols are understood and maintained as required. We will also address any image quality issues at that time. * Phoenix Technology is committed to maintaining a partnership in the education and professional growth of all of our clients. For this reason, we provide periodic training seminars for Technologists and Program Directors which address technical, image quality, and regulatory issues while providing necessary continuing education credits.
